MINDBODY ONLINE

In order to book a reservation with the Vixen Workout you must become a client in our Mindbody system. Follow directions below.

• click on the "Sign Up Now" pink button on the front page of our website.

• enter your first and last name in "New to our site?" box

• If you have taken the Vixen Workout before, you will notice you are already a client in our system. A "Find Account" page will appear. If your name is listed below select "This is Me!". Be sure to review this list carefully or you will be creating a duplicate profile. If not, click "Create a new account."

• create your personal log in and follow any further instructions to successfully enter site.

• Under "CLASSES" tab you will be able to view our up and running schedule that includes class times, locations and instructor name. Click the "Sign Up Now" tab on desired class to "Make A Reservation". This allows you to make a single reservation and recurring options as well. Classes are open (2) two weeks at a time.

• Under "ONLINE STORE" tab you will find the several products, services and contracts the Vixen Workout offers. Select "Contracts" to purchase our new Vixen Workout Unlimited Class Membership. All further details are listed on this page. Physical membership card can be redeemed at any location by our front desk check in staff. 

• Vixen Workout Cancellation Policy. a 4 hour notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive full credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, click "Cancel."

• Waitlist. If desired class is booked at capacity. You may purchase a service and add yourself to the wait 

• New York City. Under "CLASSES" tab. Directly under the word "Classes" you will see a dropbox with the word "Vixen Workout" Click the drop box and select "Vixen Workout New York" to view your schedule and make reservations.

• Master Class. Janet Jones next master class will be offered Saturday, January 18th at Body & Soul from 11:30am - 1:30pm for $20. No class cards and/or memberships will be accepted. Select "EVENTS" tab. Click "Sign Up Now", "Enroll"  and lastly "Make Purchase". We found many glitches with the Master Class on the app this morning but luckily all were taken care of. If for any reason you continute to have trouble enrolling into the Master Class please contact us as soon as possible.

• Body & Soul members. All members will need to make a reservation ahead in order to be guaranteed a spot in class. Please follow the procedures above to create a login within our system. Once this step is done, please call our office and/or email us at info@vixenworkout.com so we can further assist you.

• Vixen Workout Mobile App. Once you have created a Mindbody log in, you will be able to utilized our app available now for IPhone and Android smartphones. Visit your app store and search "Vixen Workout" to download. Log on by entering your Mindbody email and password. Our app allows you to purchase single classes, events and class packages. We found many glitches within our system this morning but luckily all were taken care of. If you have any issues please contact us as soon as possible.

• Prepaid Gift Cards. We are  happy our army of vixens received our class gift cards this holiday season. Class gifts cards can be linked to your Mindbody profile by our check in staff at all locations. Direct our staff member to redeem all the classes at once, this way you will be able to make your reservation online. Our mobile app does not give you the option to pay with a gift card at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
